This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Whiskey Courier (“Whiskey Courier,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy.
Whiskey Courier operates as an online ordering and marketplace platform. Orders are fulfilled and shipped by licensed third-party retail partners in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale and shipment of alcoholic beverages.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and applicable laws and regulations, all sales are final. Whiskey Courier does not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped, except in limited circumstances expressly outlined in this Policy.
Pricing & Order Accuracy
All prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Whiskey Courier is not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies and reserves the right to correct errors, cancel orders, or adjust pricing at our sole discretion, including after an order has been placed.
Limited Exceptions
Although all sales are final, exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in the following situations:
1. Damaged Products
If your order arrives significantly damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit only if all of the following conditions are met:

You notify Whiskey Courier within 48 hours of delivery

You provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, including the shipping box and packaging

Any optional shipping insurance offered at checkout was purchased

The damage occurred during transit and was not caused by failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery
If the identical item is available, a replacement may be issued. If the item is no longer available, store credit may be issued at our discretion for the purchase price of the damaged item.
2. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that does not match your order confirmation:

You must notify Whiskey Courier within 48 hours of delivery

The item must be unopened and in its original condition
Once verified, we will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned using a provided return label. Upon receipt, the correct item will be shipped if available. If the correct item is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
No Refunds for Taste Preferences or Packaging Variations
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:

Personal taste or preference

Bottle design, packaging changes, or label variations from manufacturer

Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product integrity
Failed or Refused Deliveries
Alcohol shipments require adult signature and age verification upon delivery.
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to:

Failure to be available for delivery

Refusal of delivery

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
And the package is returned to the licensed retailer, the following will apply:

A restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If shipping was free due to a promotion, a shipping and handling fee (up to $40) may be deducted

If the product is returned damaged due to failed delivery attempts or refusal, no refund or credit will be issued
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are not guaranteed and are subject to timing and fulfillment status.

If an order has not yet been processed or shipped, a cancellation request may be considered at our discretion

Approved cancellations may be subject to a restocking or processing fee of up to 10%

Orders that have already been packaged, processed, or shipped cannot be canceled
Taxes, Shipping & Fees
All shipping charges, service fees, and applicable taxes are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in this Policy.
State Shipping Restrictions
Some states and local jurisdictions restrict or prohibit the shipment of alcohol. Whiskey Courier complies with all applicable laws and reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot legally be fulfilled. In such cases, refunds will be handled in accordance with payment processor and regulatory requirements.

Whiskey Courier reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
