Making Cabernet Sauvignon from Andy Beckstoffer's famous George III vineyard is winemaking on hallowed ground. In 2016 we harvested fruit from both old and new vines, combining the energetic richness from young fruit with the finesse from older vines. Fermented and aged separately in French oak barrels for 28 months, the individual lots were brought together two months before bottling.
