Head Distiller Murphy Quint and Founder Andrew Borenzweig refined this majority-rye recipe in a rigorous process over several years, marrying bright baking spices in the rye, with lush viscosity, and a smooth finish, offering a touch of sweetness from the corn in the bourbon. Each batch is masterfully crafted using straight rye and straight bourbon whiskeys from Iowa and Indiana at Cedar Ridge Distillery in Swisher, Iowa.
