Blackstone sources grapes from over 100 carefully selected vineyards in California’s appellation. With this meticulous approach, our winemaker is able to consistently craft the Blackstone style of bright fruit aromas, silky texture, and smooth, fruit-forward wine. Our cabernet sauvignon shows vibrant blackberry and red cherry flavors with notes of cinnamon and toasted nuts. Pairings include various beef dishes, hearty risotto, and creamy bread pudding.
