The agave piñas undergo a traditional 72-hour roasting process in brick ovens, followed by fermentation with a special yeast blend for 80 hours, ensuring a consistent and refined flavor. Aged for 14 months in premium American white oak barrels, Casamigos Anejo Tequila boasts a beautifully pure and complex character. It offers a perfect balance of sweetness from the Blue Weber agaves, complemented by subtle hints of spice and barrel oak, culminating in a lingering smooth finish.
