Kinmen Kao Liang

Unlike other major Baijiu aroma categories, Kinmen Kaoliang (金门高粱) comes exclusively from the island of Taiwan. It is a premium liquor recognized for its unique aromatic flavor, followed by a clean, mellow, and refreshing finish. Kinmen Kaoliang's flavor profile comes from the combination of unique bacteria cultured using ancient Chinese distilling techniques and pure water filtered through layers of granite gneiss.

Originally the Jiulong River Distillery, Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor Inc. was constructed in 1952 and produced over 100,000 bottles every month to support the residents of Kinmen County. Its production process reflects the culture of Kinmen, with a deep respect and dedication to natural ingredients.
