Batch #4 presents a skillful blend of 8 and 17-year-old bourbons crafted from a mash of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% barley malt. Following distillation, these bourbons are further matured for four months in freshly selected Calvados casks imported from the lower Normandy region of France. The palate experience mirrors the aromatic promises, featuring additional flavors of poached pears in ruby red Port, star anise, apple blossom honey, cinnamon-infused brown butter, roasted coffee beans, dried apricots, brandied cherries, candied walnuts, and aged balsamic vinegar.
